Eric Houck Jr. is a photographer, cartoonist, and writer whose work has appeared in publications such as The New Yorker, Jack and Jill, Children's Playmate and US Kids. He is the author of Rabbit Surprise, a Junior Library Guild Selection children's book and The Back Roads of Delaware County, a book of haiga. His haiku/senryu have appeared in thirty-five journals in nine countries and been translated into seven languages.
